Description
High accuracy
Dental resin is used to print the dental mold which has a clean border and thus fully meets the precision requirements for dental restoration.
Suitable for dental implants
The resin has high casting precision. With an LCD screen printer, the molding accuracy is maintained at around 35μm, which exceeds the industry standard. 90% of the surface accuracy should be maintained within 100 μm, and the edge and occlusion point accuracy of the model is within 50 μm.
Suitable for orthodontic dental models
The resin has high strength and high temperature resistance. It is easily removed after thermoforming and does not stick to the model.
Custom production
With an LCD 3D printer, it only takes 40 minutes to print 8 models, or about 5 minutes per part. 1kg of resin material can print 100 pieces of dental molds.
